Complete Case Task

Explanation

This activity is used to complete a case task.

Prerequisites

To complete the task, task must be in state Open.

System Effects

As a result case task will be set to Completed.

Procedure

  1. Open the Aurena > Call Center Lobby Page.
  2. Select a task from My Open Tasks and click on it. It opens the Case Task page.
  3. To complete the case task, click on Complete.
  4. The Complete Task dialog box opens.
  5. In the Work Folder field, enter the suitable work folder for the case. Click dropdown to select a suitable value.
  6. In the Message field, enter comments for the case.
  7. Click OK.
