Close Case Task
Explanation
This activity is used to complete a case task.
Prerequisites
To close the case task, task must be in state Completed.
System Effects
As a result case task will be set to Closed.

Procedure
- Open the Aurena > Call Center Lobby Page.
- Select a task from Tasks to be Closed and click on it. It opens an overview of
tasks to be closed.
- Select one task and click on Details. It opens Case Task page.
- Click on Close.
- The Close Task dialog box opens.
- In the Message field, enter comments for the task.
- Click OK.
