Close Case Task

Explanation

This activity is used to complete a case task.

Prerequisites

To close the case task, task must be in state Completed.

System Effects

As a result case task will be set to Closed.

Procedure

  1. Open the Aurena > Call Center Lobby Page.
  2. Select a task from Tasks to be Closed and click on it. It opens an overview of tasks to be closed.
  3. Select one task and click on Details. It opens Case Task page.
  4. Click on Close.
  5. The Close Task dialog box opens.
  6. In the Message field, enter comments for the task.
  7. Click OK.
