Enter Complimentary Information

Explanation

This activity is used to enter complementary information for the case such as the case description, business object, contacts, and support information. This information will help you to handle the particular case.

As a result of this activity, the complementary information is stored for further use when handling the case.

Procedure

  1. Open the Aurena > Call Center Lobby Page.
  2. Click on Cases Created by Me lobby element.
  3. Select a case where it needs to add more information and click on Details. It opens the Case Page.
  4. Click on Connect Objects to add business objects to the case.
  5. Click on Contact Note to add contact notes.
  6. Save the information.
