Use this window to view the schedule information for each shift in the schedule cycle.
By selecting a schedule and entering a date interval, you can view how the cycle
is rolled out for each shift during the interval.
You can also use this window to ensure the correct definition of sub schedules. The days in the substitute schedule can be included in the
Schedule Cycle Overview window by selecting the Sub Schedule
Included check box.
You can also open the
Schedule Cycle Overview window when creating the substitute
schedule to simplify the process; especially when creating substitute schedules for
multi-week shift cycles.
Furthermore, this window can be used to find the correct shift to enter in the
Employee
Schedules and Rules window when you know which shift a certain employee is supposed to work on a certain date.
