Usage

Use this form to register users that should access former employees. The former employee group access is a supplement to the standard user access and gives access to employees without a valid position assignment. If a user is assigned the HR Application Manager flag in the Company Access form, he/she does not need the right to access Former Employee Groups since the user already have access to all employees in the database.
