Usage

Use this tab to view the distribution of past-due orders over time or the percentage of past-due orders that belong to each order status. Use the filtering options to focus on orders that meet specific criteria and display their distribution in the bar chart. Select a single bar in the chart, right-click and then click Zoom In to obtain a more detailed view of the selected bar. Note that the scale on the X axis is adjusted when you do this. You can also choose to view the order represented by a bar in one or more new tabs by selecting a bar, right-clicking and then clicking either Show Object Detail in a New Tab or Show Object Details in Separate Tabs.

Filter Orders With:

Need Date Between: Select this check box to specify a need-date range by which to filter past-due orders. Clear it if you do not want a need-date range to be considered when selecting the orders to be displayed in this tab.

Start Date: The first date in the range of need dates by which you want to filter past-due orders.

End Date: The last date in the range of need dates by which you want to filter past-due orders.

Finish Date Between: Select this check box to specify a finish date range by which to filter past-due orders. Clear it if you do not want a finish date range to be considered when selecting the orders to be displayed in this tab.

Start Date: The first date in the range of finish dates by which you want to filter past-due orders.

End Date: The last date in the range of finish dates by which you want to filter past-due orders.

Past-Due Time Between: Select this check box to specify minimum and maximum values for the difference between the current date and the need date of orders. These values are considered when filtering orders to be displayed in this tab.

Min. Past-Due: The minimum difference, between the current date and the need date of an order, that is considered when filtering orders to be displayed in this tab. You can enter a value in the days;hrs:mins format. Alternatively you can enter the number of minutes you want to filter by and this will be represented in the appropriate format.

Max. Past-Due: The maximum difference, between the current date and the need date of an order, that is considered when filtering orders to be displayed in this tab. You can enter a value in the Days;Hrs:Mins format. Alternatively you can enter the number of minutes you want to filter by and this will be represented in the appropriate format.

No. of Orders: The number of orders in the current schedule that meet the specified criteria.

Past-Due Order Distribution Chart: Select this option to view a chart representing the distribution of the past-due orders over time.

Past-Due Order Status Distribution Chart: Select this option to view a chart representing the current status of the orders that are past-due as a percentage of the total number of past-due orders.

Refresh Graph: Click this button to update the graph to reflect changes in the schedule or in the selection criteria.

Name: The order, sequence and release numbers of the tardy order.

Part No.: The identification number of the part that the order produces.

Quantity Due: The quantity of parts that the order is scheduled to produce.

Need Date: The date and time by which the order needs to be completed.

Finish Date: The date and time by which the operations belonging to the order are scheduled to finish.

Tardiness: The amount of time that this order is past its need date. This value is expressed in days, hours, and minutes.

Lead Time: The amount of time between the start time and finish time for the order. This value is expressed in days, hours, and minutes.

Productive LT: The productive lead time, or actual working time required to complete the order. This value is expressed in days, hours, and minutes.

Productive LT Factor: The productive lead time divided by the lead time. This value is expressed in days, hours, and minutes.

Past-Due Tardiness Distribution: A bar chart showing the number of orders that fall into each time period group along the X axis. The time periods vary according to the extent that you have zoomed in.

Past-Due Order Status Distribution: A pie chart showing the percentage of past-due orders that belong to each order status.
