Change Finish with Task

Explanation

This activity is used to change the setting of a work order's Finish with Task indicator. The Finish with Task setting is to be set (to true) to automatically perform the closure of the work order.

The action Finish with Task is available by RMB in Prepare Work Order and Work Order Structure windows and available in Aurena by command button Change Finish with Task in Prepare Work Order and Work Order Structure Navigator.

Prerequisites

• No prerequisites

System Effects

• The checkbox Finish with Task is changed to checked/unchecked for the work order.
• When the last work task is set to status Finished or Cancelled the work order is set to status Finished.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to change the setting using either the Prepare Work Order or Work Order Structure window.

1. Open the desired window.
2. Query for the work order. (F3)
3. Right-click on the top part of the window, click Finish with Task.
