Select Customer
Explanation
Use this activity to select the customer that is to be included in the service
request.
Prerequisites
Before the customer can be selected, the
following must have been completed:
- The customer information must exist in the system.
- The equipment object must have been connected to the customer in
Parties
tab.
- The equipment object must have been entered in
Service Request.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, the customer is included in the service request.
You can enter additional information for the service request/work order.

Procedure
Use the following procedure to select the object for the service
request:
- Use the Customers for Object operation. The
Customers
for Object dialog box is displayed.
- Mark the customer that is to be included in the service
request.
