Work orders should be evaluated first before these can be prepared, i.e., you decide whether or not a work order is to be performed. By retrieving all work orders with the "New" status, you can see what have been created. It is also possible to indicate what kind of event occurred through e-mail, through messages sent to cellular phones, or through a system window displayed directly on the screen. All of these could be done with the aid of event server for some previously specified conditions, e.g., a high-priority work order created for a specific maintenance organization will produce a message addressed to the head of the maintenance organization concerned.
