Report Fault

Explanation

This activity is used to report additional faults that finds out during the execution of the assignment. These faults are directly dispatched to the job owner's responsibility.

As a result of this activity an additional fault report is created and dispatched to the job owner.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to report an additional fault.

  1. Open the Subcontract Work Orders > Execute Work Lobby Page.
  2. Find & choose the Lobby link for Report Fault.
  3. Enter Object information and respective Location.
  4. Enter faulty information.
  5. Finish the assistant.
  6. Notice and note the created Fault Report ID.
