Maintenance Programs

[About Interval Based Maintenance Program] [About Access Control] [About Task Cards and Subtasks] [To Manage Maintenance Program]

Usage

Use this window to view and define maintenance programs.

The following right mouse button options are available from this window. These options help the creation of maintenance programs.

You cannot delete a maintenance program when it is in the Active or Obsolete status. The obsolete maintenance programs are kept for historical tracking.

If access control is established, you can only view and update the maintenance programs you have access to. To establish access control, access groups must be defined in basic data, and the preferred users must be connected to the access group. The Define Maintenance Program/Access tab, will display the access groups assigned to a selected maintenance program.

Documents can be connected to a maintenance program by using the relevant functionality in the Attachments panel. When a maintenance program is deleted, its connected documents are not deleted. If you want to delete a connected document, you will need to manually delete it from IFS/Document Management.
