Reject Training Participant

Explanation

This activity is used to reject participants who applied for a training event. It is usually performed by employee's supervisor.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, an employee had to apply for a training course. His application should appear in the Training Event window on the Participant/Waiting Approval tab.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, an employee will not be accepted into the training event. Status of his request will be updated on the Employee Training Plan window.

Procedure

  1. Open the Training Event window.
  2. Search or populate to find a relevant training event.
  3. Go to the Participant/Waiting Approval tab and look for employees who applied for the course.
  4. Right-click the employee you want to approve and click Reject.
