Fill in Training Participant Evaluation Form

Explanation

Evaluation on the Participant is used to measure the achievement of participants after attending the training event. For internal participants (employees), the module links to Employee Competency Profile to update the competency level if the system has the Training Development Module installed.

The Training Administration module allows you to generate a blank Training Participant Evaluation form, which can be used to evaluate the training participant manually. But you can also fill out the form in Evaluation on the Participant.

Prerequisites

Before you fill in the Participant Evaluation form, you have to register the following information:

The information above is registered in the General Training Evaluation form. It is needed to generate a Training Participant Evaluation form.

System Effects

If you fill out the evaluation form directly in Evaluation on the Participant, the system provides a function called Final Score and Result. The function calculates the final score of each training participant and displays the result automatically. You can find this function in the Operations menu or in the pop-up menu you produce by clicking the right mouse button.

Procedure

Some information has already been provided by the system, such as training event information (Training Event Name, Period, Instructor, and Location of the Training Event).

If you fill in the form directly in the Training Administration module:

  1. The participant information, such as Participant ID and Participant Name, is displayed automatically.
  2. The system will automatically display the default evaluation question if you have already defined the evaluation template that will be used in Evaluation on the Training Event. If not, you can select New to add new evaluation question text.
  3. Enter the value of Evaluation Rating, and the system will display the evaluation rating score as registered in the General Training Evaluation window.
  4. Select Save to record the changes you have made in this window.

If you print out a blank form to be filled in:

  1. Some information has already been provided by the system, such as Training Event Name, Training Event Period, Instructor, and Location.
  2. Fill in the evaluator section and write down the answer to the provided question. Evaluation questions applied in this form are based on the template or registered questions in Evaluation on the Participant.
