Manage Employee Absence Limits

Explanation

This activity is used to view limits allocated for employees per each absence group and absence type.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, absence limits are required to be entered for employees in the Absence/Absence Limit Year tab.

Procedure

To view daily absence limits in the Absence/Absence Limit Day tab;

  1. Go to the Absence Limit Day tab. All the absence groups defined in the Absence Configuration window which have the Show In Absence Limits check box will be listed in the Group ID field.
  2. Select the required absence group and year in their respective fields.
  3. In the Working Date field, select a date for which the limit information should be valid.
  4. The Hours and Days group boxes will show the total limit allocated for the absence group, the amount of absence used from the limit and the unused amount.
  5. In the table of the tab, you can view the limits allocated to different absence types belonging to the absence group.
