This activity is used to enter time for a new reporting type code, a code which is not saved as a shortcut in the groups. This activity can be initiated by clicking on the "New" button found on top if the respective list. The dialog fields vary based on the reporting type selected; different dialogs open for Project, Work Order, Shop Order, Indirect Job, Attendance Intervals and Attendance Results. The new reporting types added would also be shown in the lists; the new reporting types codes can also be added as shortcuts through the dialogs.
The totals shown in the Remaining Job Hours group will be updated based on the time entered for each reporting type through the dialogs.
