Create Business Activity from Supplier Contact

Explanation

This activity is used to create a business activity from a supplier contact. This can be done by right-clicking on a record and then clicking Create Business Activity in the Supplier Contacts window, or in the Supplier/Contact tab. The Create Business Activity dialog box will then be displayed.

A business activity is created with all available information on the supplier contact, and the Contacts tab will have the supplier contact saved.

Procedure

1. Display the supplier contacts via the Populate or Query function, in the Supplier Contacts window.
2. Right-click and then click Create Business Activity. The Create Business Activity dialog box is displayed.
3. Enter necessary information in the fields of the window.
4. If needed, change the main contact ID.
5. Confirm by clicking OK.
   
   Note: You can perform this activity from the Contact tab of Supplier window as well.
