Connect Supplier Contact to Existing Business Activity

Explanation

You can add a supplier contact to an existing business activity. This can be done by right-clicking on the contact record and clicking Connect to Existing Business Activity in the Supplier Contacts window or Supplier/Contact tab. The Connect to Existing Business Activity dialog box will then be displayed for user to select the business activity.

Procedure

  1. Display the supplier contacts via the Populate or Query function, in the Supplier Contacts window.
  2. Right-click and then click Connect to Existing Business Activity. The Connect to Existing Business Activity dialog box is displayed.
  3. Select a business activity from the records that appear on the window.
  4. Confirm by clicking OK.

    Note: You can also perform this activity from the Contact tab of Supplier window.
