This activity is used to set a sub contract revision, that is no longer used, to the Obsolete status. Once the sub contract is set obsolete, it will not be possible to perform any changes to the contract lines and items.
Note: An active sub contract revision is automatically set obsolete when you activate another revision. A message requiring approval of this process appears. If you click Yes, the current active revision is set to obsolete.
The sub contract revision must be in the Active status.
The sub contract revision is set to the Obsolete status.
As described above, the current active revision is set to the Obsolete status when activating another revision.
