Service Quotation/MO Price Details
Usage
Use this tab to view the quoted price details for each element in the
quotation. This tab will be populated based on the calculation that can be
executed from the service quotation header, and will create one line per
combination of service, resource (person group or tool/equipment group) and
material defined on the task card or subtask for the
maintenance event.
Following information must have been defined at the required site before the
cost calculation can be done for maintenance order/events included on the
service quotation:
- A sales part must be defined for the maintenance event code (Non-Inventory
Sales Part/Connect Services).
- A sales part must be defined for the material demands on the task card
or subtask.
- For resources with the Person demand type on the task card or
subtask, the cost should be entered for the resource and a default sales
part should be specified. If the resource cost is not set up, the cost of
the maintenance organization will be used when running the cost calculation.
- For resources with the Tool/Equipment demand type on the task
card or subtask, the cost must be entered for the resource and a default
sales part must be specified.
