Use this dialog box to connect maintenance orders, maintenance events and work orders to a service quotation. Maintenance orders which are in the Initial Scope Definition, Under Preparation, Released or Started statuses can be connected if it is not already connected to a service quotation and if the distribution type is not set to Simplified Work Order. Work orders which are in the FaultReport, WorkRequest, Observed, UnderPreparation, Prepared, Released and Started statuses can be connected to a service quotation,if it is not connected to a service quotation already.
Also, if the customer category on the quotation is Prospect, no customer should be defined on the maintenance order or work order and if the customer category on the quotation is Customer, the customer on the maintenance order or work order must be the same as the customer on the quotation.
