Use this window to get an overview of open shop orders and the material available for them. The availability information represents all open demand and supply orders for every shop order component. A shortage occurs when the projected quantity on hand is less than zero. By using query conditions, you can choose to either include or exclude supply proposals and material requirements planning (MRP) demand when considering material availability. You can also choose to exclude open supply orders, which means that you exclude all future supply. The upper table displays the shop orders while the lower table displays all the component lines for the order which is selected in the upper table. The component lines in the lower table can be filtered out to meet the query conditions selected in the window header. The selections you make will affect the Projected On Hand Qty column.
