Send Dispatch Advice

Explanation

For order specific deliveries, the dispatch advice can be sent when the delivery note is created and printed. Its contents are the same as in the printed delivery note. Note that no handling unit structure is sent when delivering in the order flow.

For shipments, the dispatch advice (delivery note) can be sent when the shipment is completed and delivered. Also, when shipment lines are connected to a handling unit structure, the information about the packed parts can be sent to the receiver using the dispatch advice (DESADV) message. The dispatch advices can also be sent for all shipments connected to a consolidated shipments. A consolidated shipment is defined as a single departure of several shipments from the specified site, to all the delivery addresses of the connected shipments.
