Modify Visit Address

Explanation

This activity is used to modify the fetched visit address on the service quotation.

Prerequisites

• The service quotation header must have been entered and saved.
• The service quotation must be in New or Under Preparation status.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, initially fetched visit address for the service quotation is changed.

Procedure

1. Open the Service Quotation/Customer Address tab and create a new record.
2. Click on the Edit Address button to open up the Edit Address dialog.
3. Enter values for Address 1 - 6 fields as necessary.
4. Enter values for City, Zip Code, State, County and Country as necessary and use the List of Values (F8) when applicable.
5. Save your changes. (F12)
