Create Quotation for Work Order

Explanation

This activity is used to create a work order quotation.

Prerequisites

• The service quotation must be in the New or Under Preparation status.
• Basic data related to work orders should be defined.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, a new work order is created for the service quotation.

Procedure

1. Open the Service Quotation window and query for the service quotation.
2. On Work Orders and Tasks tab, select the root node and create new record (F5) on the Work Orders tab. Enter Directive and Maint. Org, using List of Values. Note: You can only enter maintenance organizations that belong to the same site as the work order.
3. Specify a connection type in the Connection Type field and enter an object in the Object ID field using List of Values.
4. Save the information (F12).
