Create SLA Order Template

Explanation

This activity is used to create a SLA order template. When creating a new SLA order template it's created in Preliminary status.

Prerequisites

• The company must be entered in the Company window in IFS/Enterprise.

System Effects

As a result of this activity a new SLA order template is created in Preliminary state.

Procedure

1. Open the SLA Order Template window and add a new record (F5).
2. Enter a unique identity for the Template ID field.
3. Enter a description of the SLA order template in the Description field.
4. Optionally change the default company fetched if needed by using the List of Values (F8).
5. Save the information (F12).
