Activate SLA Order Template

Explanation

Use this activity to activate a SLA order template in order to be used in service contract SLA lines.

Prerequisites

A SLA order template should exist in the system with the necessary details already defined and in the status Preliminary.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the SLA order template  will be activated (i.e., the status set to Active). You can now connect it to a service contract SLA line.

Procedure

1. Open the SLA Order Template window and query for a SLA order template with the Preliminary status (F3).
2. Right click and then click Active.
