Find Document Connected to Object

Explanation

Use this activity to locate documents that are connected to objects. To find documents connected to a particular object you can go to that object page and refer in the Attachments - Documents section.

Prerequisites

The document that is connected to the object should exist. This activity is applicable in IFS Aurena.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, you have located a document connected to an object.

Procedure

Using the Document Object Connections page:

1. Open the Document object Connections page.
2. Search for the object to view details of the documents connected to it.

Using Attachments/Documents:

1. Open a page which displays the object that is connected to the document you would like to locate. E.g. Document Folder.
2. Click on the Attachments icon on top of the page.
3. The Attachments group will be expanded at the bottom of the page.
4. Go to the Documents tab. All the documents that are connected to the object will be displayed.
