Use this window to define scheduling types. When an SLA (service level agreement) is created one or more valid scheduling type must be connected to it. The scheduling type is used by the Scheduling Engine to determine the characteristics of the SLA curve that will be applied when calculating the applicable SLAs, and that can be used by the Planning and Scheduling Optimization to control the scheduling behavior of each Work Task.
