Cancel Customer Schedule or Schedule Line

Explanation

If you do not wish to use a customer schedule or schedule line, it can be cancelled. You can cancel a schedule as long as it has not been released.

Prerequisites

• The customer schedule must be send via EDI or entered manually.
• A customer schedule or line can be cancelled if it has not been released.

System Effects

If the schedule is changed to canceled, it is considered as invalid and a new schedule can be generated or created. If a schedule line is deleted, it will not be taken into account, when running the schedule further in the work flow.

Procedure

To cancel a schedule

1. Right-click and then click Cancel.
2. Click OK, in the displayed information box.

To cancel a schedule line

1. Mark the desired schedule line.
2. Click Remove,and save the change.
