An agreement can have the following statuses: planned, active, negotiated, and closed. Where planned means that the agreement is being entered, active means that the agreement is valid for usage, negotiated means that the agreement is being modified, and closed means that the agreement is no longer valid.
If you wish to reactivate an agreement once it has been closed, right-click and then click Open.
The agreement must be closed.
The closed agreement will be reopened, reactivated and is once more valid for created customer schedules.
