Copy Sales Price List
Explanation
Use this window to copy prices from one price list to either an existing price list or to a new price list.
It is possible to copy one sales price list to another if the sales price lists belong to the
same sales price group.
Prerequisites
This activity has the following prerequisites:
- The user must have access to the owning
company of the sales price list or at least one user site on the sales price list in
order to copy from a sales price list.
- The user must have access to the owning
company of the sales price list in order to copy to a sales price list.
- The sales price lists that you
copy between must belong to the same sales price group.
System Effects
As a result of this activity:
- Selected rows from a sales price list are copied to another sales
price list.
- If the copy-to sales price list is in a currency other than the copy-from
sales price list, the prices are recalculated from the copy-from sales price list.
- If you copy to a new sales
price list, valid user sites are copied to the new price list. If you copy to
an existing sales price list, no sites are copied.
- If a line with Valid To date has qualified and the
date is earlier than Valid From date then a warning will be given. The field
will be emptied unless you choose to cancel the copy.
