Change Valid To Date

Explanation

Change the date value in Valid To field for one or multiple highlighted sales price list or customer agreement lines. You can add, update or remove the date.

Prerequisites

• A sales price list or customer agreement header and at least one line must have been entered and saved.
• One or more lines should be highlighted.

System Effects

Valid To date will be updated for all highlighted lines.

Procedure

1. Populate or query for the sales price list and lines in question. Highlight line(s) where valid to date should be changed, right-click and then click Change Valid To date.
2. Enter a valid end date in the Valid To field to indicate until when the prices will be valid.
3. Click OK to update the highlighted lines.
