View Product Details

Explanation

Use this activity to view more information about the product. Via this activity the customer can get information about the product price, physical attributes like volume and weight, characteristic (if they have been defined for the part), components (in the case that part is a package part). If the product has images they will be displayed also. This activity is intended for a B2B user acting as a customer.

Notes:

• Please mind the notes and prerequisites stated in the activity description of “View All Products”, since it is a preceding activity to this one.

Prerequisites

• This activity is only applicable in IFS Aurena B2B.
• In the Customer/General tab, the B2B check box must be selected for the appropriate customer.
• The user must have the appropriate B2B Customer as default customer, set up in B2B User – Customer window.
• In order to present images related to the product, media attachment is needed in the Sales Part window.

Procedure

1. In IFS Aurena B2B navigate to lobby page Order Management for Customers.
2. Select the Lobby Link: All Products from Lobby Element: Products.
3. Select a product.
4. Click on Details button
5. Review information about the selected product.

Note: It is also possible to navigate to Product Details page from Favorite Products page.
