View Open Order Lines

Explanation

Use this activity when you want to view information about your open order lines. This activity is intended for a B2B user acting as a B2B Customer.

Note: Orders containing rental order lines are excluded, regardless of existence of normal order lines.

Prerequisites

• This activity is only applicable in IFS Aurena B2B
• In the Customer/General tab, the B2B check box must be selected for the appropriate customer.
• Only customer order lines connected to the user’s default customer, set up in B2B User – Customer window, are presented.
• Only customer order lines in status Released, Reserved, Picked, Partially Delivered or Delivered, are presented.
  Note: When called from customer consignment page, order lines in status Delivered are excluded.

Procedure

1. In IFS Aurena B2B navigate to lobby page Order Management for Customers
2. Select the Lobby Link: Open Lines from Lobby Element: Orders
3. Optionally use available filters to narrow down the hit-list of orders.
4. Review the information you are interested in

Note: The procedure described is one example of usage. The page can also be reached from other pages and in that case the order lines are filtered based on the record where it is called from.
