View Favorite Products

Explanation

Use this activity to view information for products defined as favorites. This activity is intended for a B2B user acting as a customer

Notes:

• Only active sales parts connected to B2B user’s default site are presented.
• Rental parts are excluded.
• Service parts are excluded. It means that for non-inventory parts, Category field in Non-Inventory Sales Parts /Misc Part Info tab should have the value Goods.
• If there are any limitations regarding which parts the B2B customer can order (i.e. Limit Sales to Assortment check box selected in Customer /Order/Assortment tab), only parts connected to such assortments will be presented.

Prerequisites

• This activity is only applicable in IFS Aurena B2B
• In the Customer/General tab, the B2B check box must be selected for the appropriate customer.
• The user must have the appropriate B2B Customer as default customer, set up in B2B User – Customer window
• At least one product must be defined as a favorite.
• In order to present images related to the product, media attachment is needed in the Sales Part window.

Procedure

1. In IFS Aurena B2B navigate to lobby page Order Management for Customers
2. Select the Lobby Link: Favorites from Lobby Element: Products
   It is also possible to navigate to Favorite Products page via Favorite Products button in the Products page.
3. The favorite products are displayed in list view and card view. You can switch between them. If the product has image it is displayed in the card view.
4. Use available filters to search for the desired favorite product.
5. Review the information you are interested in.
