Modify Replenishment Basic Data

Explanation

When defining the customer consignment stock management, you must also enter an order point quantity and order quantity for a refill order. If the consignment stock quantity on hand falls below the order point, a refill order can be created. In IFS Aurena B2B you can modify Order Point quantity and Order quantity. This activity will be performed by a B2B user at customer site

Prerequisites

• This activity is only applicable in IFS Aurena B2B
• In the Customer/General tab, the B2B check box must be selected for the appropriate customer.
• The user must have the B2B Customer as default customer, set up in B2B User – Customer window
• The combination of customer, delivery address, site and sales part must have been set up in Customer Consignment Stock window.
• The Edit/Refill for B2B user Enabled check box must be checked for that part line

1. In IFS Aurena B2B navigate to lobby page Order Management for Customers
2. Select the Lobby link All Products or Products below Order Point from Lobby element Consignment Stock.
3. Select the line from the list and change Order Point Qty or Order Qty
