Manage Favorite Products

Explanation

Use this activity if you need to manage your favorite products. You can add and remove products from your favorite list. This activity is intended for a B2B user acting as a customer.

Notes: Please mind the conditions stated in the activity description of “View All Products” since it is a preceding activity to this one.

Prerequisites

• This activity is only applicable in IFS Aurena B2B
• In the Customer/General tab, the B2B check box must be selected for the appropriate customer.
• The user must have the appropriate B2B Customer as default customer, set up in B2B User – Customer window

System Effects

When using the Add to Favorite action the sales part will be defined as a favorite product for the combination of user and customer.
When using the Remove from Favorite action the sales part will be removed as a favorite for the combination of user and customer.

Procedure

Add a product as a favorite product:

1. In IFS Aurena B2B navigate to lobby page Order Management for Customers
2. Select the Lobby Link: All Products from Lobby Element: Products
3. The products are displayed in list view and card view. You can switch between them. If the product has image it is displayed in the card view.
4. Optionally use available filters and select a product
5. For the selected product click on the Add to Favorite button (unfilled “star-button”) or if you are in list view you can also select the Add to Favorite command from the context menu.
6. The product will now be marked as a favorite product, indicated by the badge “Favorite” and/or by the filled “star-button”.

Note: The action of adding a product to favorite-list is also available in Product Details page

Remove product from favorites:

1. In IFS Aurena B2B navigate to lobby page Order Management for Customers
2. Select the Lobby Link: Favorites from Lobby Element: Products
3. Defined favorite products are displayed in list view and card view. You can switch between them. If the product has image it is displayed in the card view.
4. Optionally use available filters and select a product
5. For the selected favorite product click on the Remove from Favorite button (filled “star-button”). If you are in list view you can select the Remove from Favorite command from the context menu. The product will then disappear from the list/card view

Note: The action of removing a product from favorite-list is also available in Products page and in Product Details page. The product will then not be marked as a favorite product, indicated by removing the badge “Favorite” and/or by the unfilled “star-button”.
