Create Refill Order
Explanation
A refill order is a customer order created to refill the quantity in a consignment stock for a customer. This activity will be performed by a B2B user at customer site
Prerequisites
- This activity is only applicable in IFS Aurena B2B
- In the Customer/General tab, the B2B
check box must be selected for the appropriate customer.
- The user must have the B2B Customer as default customer, set up in B2B User – Customer window
- The combination of customer, delivery address, site and sales part must have been set up in
Customer Consignment Stock window.
- The Edit/Refill for B2B user Enabled check box must be checked for that part line
- Make sure that there is a default order type defined on site-customer
combination level, site level or customer level, for the current site and
customer.
- The user must have been set up with an appropriate default coordinator in Sites per User window
System Effects
After submitting, a customer order in status Planned is created with check box
B2B Order selected in Customer Order/Misc Order Info tab. The Release for Mtrl.
Planning check box on the created customer order line is not selected, in order to exclude it from planning engines. However, if Priority Reservation is applicable for the customer order line created,
then the Release for Mtrl. Planning check box will always be selected.

Procedure
- In IFS Aurena B2B navigate to lobby page Order Management for
Customers.
- Select the Lobby link All Products or Products below Order Point from Lobby element Consignment Stock.
- Select the line from the list and press the Refill Order button.
- In the Refill Order dialog box, enter order quantity.
- Press OK when completed.
