Clear Shopping Cart
Explanation
The Shopping Cart is a place holder for the products that the user wants to order. Use this activity
to delete what has been placed in the Shopping Cart. This activity is intended for a B2B user acting as a B2B Customer.
Prerequisites
- This activity is only applicable in IFS Aurena B2B
- In the Customer/General tab, the B2B
check box must be selected for the appropriate customer.
- The user has added at least one product in the Shopping Cart for the customer, specified as the user’s default customer,
in B2B User – Customer window
System Effects
As a result of this activity, the shopping cart is deleted, and a new can be created.

Procedure
- In IFS Aurena B2B navigate to lobby page Order Management for
Customers
- Select the Lobby element for Shopping Cart
- Press the Clear Cart button.
Notes:
- This activity can also be performed for each line separately, by selecting a line in the
Products group and click the Delete button.
- The Shopping Cart is also possible to reach from Products page, Product Detail page
and Favorite Products page.
