Clear Shopping Cart

Explanation

The Shopping Cart is a place holder for the products that the user wants to order. Use this activity to delete what has been placed in the Shopping Cart. This activity is intended for a B2B user acting as a B2B Customer.

Prerequisites

• This activity is only applicable in IFS Aurena B2B
• In the Customer/General tab, the B2B check box must be selected for the appropriate customer.
• The user has added at least one product in the Shopping Cart for the customer, specified as the user’s default customer, in B2B User – Customer window

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the shopping cart is deleted, and a new can be created.

Procedure

1. In IFS Aurena B2B navigate to lobby page Order Management for Customers
2. Select the Lobby element for Shopping Cart
3. Press the Clear Cart button.

Notes:

• This activity can also be performed for each line separately, by selecting a line in the Products group and click the Delete button.
• The Shopping Cart is also possible to reach from Products page, Product Detail page and Favorite Products page.
