Add Valid for Sites

Explanation

This activity is used to specify the sites the pack size charge price list is valid for. However you are only able to connect the user-allowed sites belonging to the same company. The sites can be specified manually or  be added from a site cluster.

Prerequisites

This activity has the following prerequisites;

• A pack size charge price list header should have been saved.
• Required sites or the site cluster should have been saved and be connected to the user.
• The user entering the information must have access to all the sites to be added.  This is done on the Sites per User  window.
• The charge type specified in the Pack Size Charge Price List header should have already been defined, with the charge type category given as Pack Size, which will cause the Unit Charge check box to be selected automatically for the specified site(s).
  Note: It is possible to copy the charge type to a new site.

System Effects

• The pack size charge price list will be valid for all the specified sites.

Procedure

1. Open the Pack Size Charge Price List window and query for the required price list and click the Valid for Sites tab.

To enter valid sites manually;

1. Click New and enter the site manually or select one from the List of Values.
2. Save when all required sites have been entered.

To enter sites from a site cluster:

1. Right-click on the Valid for Sites tab, click Add Sites from Sites Cluster and the Add Sites from the Site Cluster dialog box will open.
2. Enter the appropriate site cluster.
3. Enter a site cluster node or a site from the List of Values. The corresponding level will be displayed in the Site Cluster Level Name. By selecting a cluster node you can add all the sites in the levels below the selected node's level.
4. Click OK.
