Use this tab to enter representatives. Representatives are the persons who work for the organization and are responsible for different steps of the sales process. For example, one person is responsible for the business campaign management while another is responsible for the opportunity handling. A single person can also be responsible for both and/or many others. Representatives are used to create representative groups. This can be carried out by a user who has access to CRM data.
Representative role defines the role and responsibility of the representative. The representative role defined on this tab will be used as default representative role when the representative is added to for example a customer or a business activity.
It is possible to set prefixes for number/ID generation based on the main representative. Prefixes can be set for business opportunity, business activity, marketing campaign and business lead. A prefix can be of two maximum characters.
