Enter Business Mail Representatives
Explanation
This activity is used to specify who is responsible for a business mail. The
Main Representative check box on the Business
Mail/Representatives tab indicates which of the records has the
main responsibility. When a business mail is created, the
current user will automatically be added as the main representative. If there is
an e-mail address in the mail message which belongs to a Person who is a
representative, that representative will also be added to the business mail.
Prerequisites
- The business mail header must have been entered and saved.
- The representatives must have been entered on the
CRM and SRM Basic Data/Representative tab.
- To add representatives from a group, a representative group must have been entered on the
CRM and SRM Basic Data/Representative Group tab.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, responsible persons are connected to the
business mail.

Procedure
- Open the Business Mail/Representatives
tab.
To add one representative:
- Create a new record.
- Enter a
representative ID in the Representative ID field. The representative
name will be automatically retrieved.
- Optionally, select a Representative Role.
- Save your changes.
To add several representatives from a group:
- Right-click and then click Add From Representative Group.
The Add From Representative Group dialog box is displayed.
- Enter Representative Group in the Representative Group field.
Click the List to use the List of Values to find a representative
group or enter it manually. The representative group name and the
representatives in the selected group will be automatically retrieved.
- Confirm by clicking OK.
