Create IBM/Lotus Notes Meeting

Explanation

You can create an IBM/Lotus Notes meeting from the business activity. This can be done by right-clicking on the header and clicking Create IBM/Lotus Notes Meeting in the Business Activity window. Then an IBM/Lotus Notes meeting will be created with some of the information from business activity.

Note:
This option is enabled only if IBM/Lotus Notes is installed at the user.

Prerequisites

The business activity must have been saved.

System Effects

An IBM/Lotus Notes meeting is created using some of the information on the business activity header.

Procedure

  1. Search for the record you want to create IBM/Lotus Notes Meeting for, in the Business Activity window.
  2. Right-click and then click Create IBM/Lotus Notes Meeting. IBM/Lotus Notes client will be opened and the created meeting is displayed.
