Upload the Mapping

Explanation

This activity is used to upload the mapping. After the mapping is uploaded, it will become active and any files sent by an external recruitment service will be processed.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, mapping for files sent by an external recruitment service should be finalized.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, mapping will become active. Whenever a file from a recruitment service is placed inside the IN folder of IFS Applications, it will be automatically processed by the system.

Procedure

1. Open the File Based Recruitment Integration window and find the relevant recruitment vendor.
2. Right-click the header and click Upload Mapping. A message box will appear.
3. Click OK.
