Map Basic Data Dictionaries

Explanation

This activity is used to map lists of values from the external recruitment service to corresponding lists of values in IFS Applications.

Example: In IFS Applications, German citizenship is marked as German in the Citizenship field. However, the vendor marks German citizenship with a GER value in his file. In this scenario, you need to select Citizenship field from the header, and use the table to define that GER value corresponds to German value.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, you should know the XML structure of the file used by the external recruitment vendor.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, lists of values will be matched between the external recruitment vendor file and IFS Applications.
