Use this tab to make control plans mandatory by site or to use simplified revision handling by site.
You can select the Mandatory Shop Order Control Plan check box or the Mandatory Purchasing Control Plan check box for a specific site. All parts which are connected to a shop order or a purchase order within the specific site will require a control plan in active status, when trying to release the shop order or receive the purchase order.
Similarly, if you select the Mandatory Shop Order Create Analysis check box or the Mandatory Purchasing Create Analysis check box for a specific site, all parts which are connected to a shop order or a purchase order within the specific site will require all analysis results to be entered and confirmed, to complete the shop order or receive the purchase order.
If the Simplified Revision Handling check box is selected it will be possible to edit control plans at this site in status Active or Inactive without having to create a new revision. Possible changes for example will be to edit, add new or delete existing control plan lines, sample frequency triggers and tools.
