Register Internal Cost per Report Code

Explanation

Use this function to set an Internal Price on a Report Code and Resource Group combination. The data in this window is the same as in the Resource Navigator or Resource Detail window Cost/Project tab of a resource group, so you do not need to perform this activity if data is registered in mentioned windows.

Prerequisites

• Report Codes must be defined.
• Resource Groups must be defined.

Procedure

1. Select New.
2. Use List of Values to select a Report Code, or leave as wildcard symbol percent (%) if you want the internal price to be valid for all report codes.
3. Use List of Values to select a Resource ID, or leave as wildcard symbol percent (%) if you want the internal price to be valid for all resource groups.
4. Give the report code/resource group combination a standard internal price in the Internal Price column.
5. Enter validity dates for the Internal Price.
6. Select Save.
