Explanation

This activity is used to report progress on tasks in a project activity.

Procedure

  1. Open the Project Navigator window and query for the relevant project.
  2. Select the required sub project and activity in the navigator. Select the Tasks tab.
  3. Optionally, if not already defined for the task, enter a suitable Progress Template.
  4. Report progress by selecting the relevant progress template step. The Progress field is automatically updated with the progress value that was defined for this progress template step.
  5. You can also select the Completed check box to set the task to 100 % completed directly. It will override the progress associated with the selected Progress Template Step, if any.
  6. Save the record.
