Report Progress on Task
Explanation
This activity is used to report progress on tasks in a project activity.
Prerequisites
- Tasks should be defined for the project activity.
- The activity should be in the Released status.

Procedure
- Open the Project Navigator
window and query for the relevant project.
- Select the required sub project and activity in the navigator. Select the Tasks
tab.
- Optionally, if not already defined for the task, enter a suitable Progress
Template.
- Report progress by selecting the relevant progress template step. The Progress
field is automatically updated with the progress value that was defined for
this progress template step.
- You can also select the Completed check box to set the task to
100 % completed directly. It will override the progress associated with the
selected Progress Template Step, if any.
- Save the
record.
