Review Work Order
Explanation
Use this activity to review the work order and information transferred from
work task plan, like maintenance organization, duration, resource group and planned
quantity.
Prerequisites
A work order should have been created.

Procedure
- Open the Work Package window and search for a work package and where
a work order has been created.
- Right-click and then click View Work Order and review
information:
- Open Prepare Work Order/Work Tasks and
information about materials.
- Open Prepare Work Order/Work Tasks and
information about Duration and Maintenance
Organization.
- Open Prepare Work Order/Work Tasks/Resources/Demands
and information about Resource Group, Cost
and Planned Quantity.
- Cost and hours can also be further analyzed on the project activity, as
described here:
Evaluate Cost, Hours, Revenue and Progress from Connected Objects
- Open Project Navigator/Activity/Cost tab and
review information about cost.
- Open Project Navigator/Activity/Hours
tab and review information about hours.
The work order can now be further processed as described in
Work Order Planning
and Work Order
Execution.
Review work task status on items in Project Deliverables
Navigator/General tab.
- Open Project Deliverables Navigator/General
tab and review work task status.
- Notice how the work task status on items in Project
Deliverables Navigator/General tab is progressed, when status
on WO's work tasks are progressed:
- Planned - Is the initial status and indicates that a
work task plan has been created for the item.
- Started - When at least one for the WO's connected work
tasks are in status Work Started, Work Done
or Reported.
- Partially Completed - When at least one of the WO's
connected work tasks are in status Finished.
- Fully Completed - When all of the WO's connected work
tasks are in status Finished.
