Use this activity to review planning items and information that has been created during the calculation of required material, such as the total required quantity and required date.
 

Prerequisites

A calculation of required material should have been completed.

Procedure

Review a planning item in the Project Deliverables Navigator window:

1. Open the Project Deliverables Navigator window and populate it with values.
2. Expand the tree to find planning items like Shop Order Plan, Purchase Order Plan, Project MRP and MRP etc.
3. Select a planning item and review information in the General tab.

Review planning items on a single project deliverable item in the Project Deliverables Navigator/Planning Items tab:

1. Open the Project Deliverables Navigator window and populate it with values.
2. Click the Planning Items tab.
3. Review information, like total required quantity, required date, cost and hours.

Review planning items for one deliverable structure in the Project Deliverables Definition/Planning Items tab:

1. Open the Project Deliverables Definition window and populate it with values.
2. Click the Planning Items tab.
3. Review information like part number, execution type, supply option, and project activity etc.

Review planning items on multiple project deliverable items in the Planning Items window:

1. Open the Planning Items window.
2. Search on planning items and information like part number, execution type, supply option, and project activity etc.
